Jennilee Garcia Green started dancing at the age of nine in a Fine Arts School in Ponce, Puerto Rico. She later studied in the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts where she had summer intensives and workshops with Alvin Ailey, American Ballet Theater, and many others. She graduated from the University of Puerto Rico in 2008 with a degree in Advertising and a minor in Dance. She has received awards in disciplines of Flamenco, Hip-Hop, Ballet and Jazz. Jennilee, until recently, participated in Jazz competitions nationally, where she, along with her colleagues, have been awarded in the top three slots. Over the years she has danced with Puerto Rican artists, choreographed for Miss Teen Puerto Rico, taken classes with Mia Michaels, Wade Robson, Chris Judd, among others and been in local modern companies in Atlanta. At the moment, she is studying to get her Certification in Ballet Teaching Studies for the Royal Academy of Dance.
