Adult Modern with Corian
"Dance for All." This is an entry level adult dance class hybrid contemporary/modern steeped in release technique. Known for welcoming all levels, providing a thorough floor warm up and standing exercises that get the body pushing through space to find the widest range of motion. The goal of this class is to have fun and encourage anyone that wants to dance.
