Danielle Swatzie is a Choreographer, Filmmaker, and Dancer based in Atlanta, Georgia. Swatzie holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance from The University of the Arts, under the direction of Donna Faye Burchfield in 2019. Her commitment and dedication to her craft has landed her on Dance Magazine’s 2024 “25 to Watch” list. She has been awarded Best Music and Dance Film for her short film “META” in 2021, and was recognized as an Official Selection in ADF’s Movies by Movers in 2023 for her film “growing roots through concrete.” She has also contributed her skills as Choreographer of the Alliance Theatre’s musical production of “The Incredible Book Eating Boy.” Swatzie continues to dabble in all realms of dance performance, working on creative teams in the TV/Film and Theater industries.
