This hands-on workshop offers both an introduction and a continuing study of black-and-white film development and silver gelatin printing. Ideal for beginners learning the process for the first time or photographers looking to refresh their darkroom skills, students learn to develop film and make traditional silver gelatin darkroom prints. Chemistry is provided; students supply their own film and paper. Extra darkroom time is available on Saturdays for those wishing to practice independently.
