Celebrate love in all its forms at our one-time, Valentine’s Day inspired Poetry Workshop: Odes to What I Love. Together we’ll explore how poets across time have written about passion, joy, longing, and devotion, from classic odes to contemporary poems. Through playful writing prompts, we’ll create our own love inspired poems, including experiments with found poetry drawn from unexpected sources. We’ll also read and discuss selections from poets who have written memorably about love in all of its forms: romantic, platonic, familial, and even the love of place or object.
