Yoga at Callanwolde

Join us for a rejuvenating Sunday yoga workshop in the serene and historic surroundings of Callanwolde Fine Arts Center. Designed to complement our weekly yoga offerings, this sunday session offers new comers an initial experience to our wellness programming. This class will take place in the Callanwolde Retreat.

Led by experienced instructor Jay Morris, this workshop is open to all levels and offers the perfect opportunity to reset, reconnect, and recharge before the week ahead. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, you’ll leave feeling grounded and refreshed.

🧘 About the Instructor

Jay Morris is a certified yoga instructor with over two years of experience leading classes and workshops throughout Atlanta. His approach blends creative vinyasa, restorative yin, and trauma-informed techniques, with an emphasis on accessibility and community healing. Jay is also a member of the ATL Healing Collective, where he leads yoga events that connect wellness with social justice, mutual aid, and LGBTQ+ community support.
