Luster Workshop (Gould)

Participants should bring 5-10 pieces of work previously glaze fired in electric or gas kilns.(no salt or soda or raku). Lusters are applied on top of glaze fired work. Gold, white gold (silver), copper, platinum, and mother of pearl lusters will be available for use. If you want Luster decals you can buy them from Davens or theceramicshop.com. Make sure they are LUSTER decals, not underglaze decals. The finished pieces will be available for pickup the next day after noon. Masks or respirators are highly recommended if sensitive to fumes.
