WELL 04 – All Levels Yoga (Mittleman)

NOTE: Class skips 2 weeks during the quarter, dates TBD.
This is an all-levels yoga practice with a focus on breath, (pranayama,) postures, (asana,) and meditation throughout. The pace is slow and steady to cultivate awareness, find balance, build strength, flexibility and relax into a sense of well-being. Please bring a yoga mat. (recommended props: 2 blocks, a blanket, and strap.)
