Tai Chi Chuan is a Chinese Martial Art that combines self-defense with meditation and breath control. This class will improve flexibility, balance and overall wellbeing. Continuing students need instructor’s approval.
This is an all-levels yoga practice with a focus on breath, (pranayama,) postures, (asana,) and meditation throughout. The pace is slow and steady to cultivate awareness, find balance, build strength, flexibility and relax into a sense of well-being. Please bring a yoga mat. In this class you will be introduced to My Jhong Law Horn kung fu. A northern style, we focus on stances, kicks, punches, and forms. Also, applications and self-defense. Wear loose fitting, athletic clothes, and soft-soled shoes. You will sweat! Ages 8 and up welcome and no experience necessary.
