Coming to Callanwolde · Dec 5, 2026 – Jan 3, 2027
Callanwolde has partnered with Mirth & Mischief Productions to bring JOIE to our campus this holiday season. While we will not host our annual Winter House this year, we’re excited to welcome this new experience, produced by Mirth & Mischief and spanning the mansion and grounds.
JOIE is a site-specific, full-length holiday production making its first home at Callanwolde Fine Arts Center. Created and produced by Mirth & Mischief Productions, the immersive theatre agency known for transforming local experiences into regional destinations, JOIE invites audiences into a holiday world that extends across the Callanwolde campus.
Inside the mansion, guests will experience a full-length live performance featuring Broadway-level vocalists, Cirque du Soleil veterans, international dance artists, and Muppet performers and builders, including the legendary Steve Whitmire as Professor Fizzwik.
Following the show, ticketed guests are invited to explore the lower level of the mansion, where immersive surprises featuring dance, live music, puppetry, and theatrical atmospherics await around every corner.
Outside, a Winter Wonderland Light Forest will fill the grounds with illuminated installations, snow, and character encounters, extending the experience beyond the mansion and throughout Callanwolde’s campus.
JOIE is independently produced by Mirth & Mischief Productions. Callanwolde Fine Arts Center is a participating venue and community partner. A percentage of ticket sales directly supports Callanwolde’s mission to provide enriching arts experiences and creative opportunities for our community.
All ticket prices and production-related fees are set by Mirth & Mischief Productions and are separate from Callanwolde’s standard facility rental rates and pricing policies.
