Susan’s been practicing yoga more than half her life and teaching since 2009. Her intuitive and personal style of teaching focuses on breath, mindfulness, strength, movement and stillness, with lightness and laughter thrown in. She’s a 500hr- ERYT, a Certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT,) and holds additional certifications in Yoga Nidra, Thai Yoga Massage, and Pre & Post Natal fitness. Susan works with various populations, ranging from able-bodies and athletes to people with PTSD, addiction and adaptive needs. Her experience as a journalist, world traveler and human contribute to her compassion and wisdom in her teaching and life in general.
